We have curated an unforgettable experience for our small group of Champagne makers and enthusiasts, blending hands-on winemaking with an insider’s exploration of the region. In addition to working on the dosage for their Champagnes, members will be diving into the Aube – a rising star in the wine world. This dynamic sub-region is home to a new wave of growers crafting extraordinary Champagnes, with Pinot Noir at the heart of their blends, alongside Grand and Premier Cru Chardonnay and even some of Champagne’s lesser-known, “forgotten” grapes. We’ll taste these remarkable wines and dine in small, family-run restaurants that celebrate the bounty of this spectacular land.
A highlight of our journey will be a private cellar tour, special tasting, and our dosage session with the Drappier family – renowned for their hospitality and deep commitment to the art of Champagne from this unique sub-region.
