Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrivals. Orientation tasting, followed by a tour, tasting and dinner.

Day 2 | Start the day with Champagne and art class given by a local artist, then move on to a tour, tasting and terrace lunch at in-the-know favorite Billecart-Salmon. After relaxing on the beautiful hotel grounds, we’ll venture into Reims for a Michelin-starred restaurant dinner. 

Day 3 | We’ll spend our day getting to know the small growers of the region. After taking part in a private dosage session for our Champagnes made with Drappier, we will enjoy a vineyard picnic lunch and Champagne sabering lessons, then return to relax at the hotel before dinner. We’ll spend our final evening delving even deeper into the fascinating world of “grower Champagne,” guided through the pairings by one of these passionate and committed growers.

The trip cost includes all accommodations, meals, wines, local transportation and group activities. Guests are responsible for their flights and airport transfers to the hotel or area.
