Day 1 | Welcome. Check in to our luxurious but authentic hotel in the stunning village of Crillon le Brave. Dive right in with our Rhône orientation tasting led by local expert Loic Lamy, then sit for a dinner of local specialties at the hotel’s well regarded restaurant, La Table de Ventoux.
Day 2 | Ventoux & Gigondas Exploration. Morning tasting and blending session, followed by an al fresco lunch among the vines, at our partner Château Pesquié in Ventoux. After a nice afternoon rest, the later afternoon brings a tasting at organic and biodynamic Gigondas producer Domaine de Montirius, followed by dinner at Michelin-starred L’Oustalet in the charming village of Gigondas.
Day 3 | Tasting with a legend & an unforgettable farewell dinner. Begin with an exclusive visit to Domaine du Château des Tours, part of the legendary Château Rayas family of estates, to taste through the world-class Vacqueyras and Côtes-du-Rhône wines of this historic property. After lunch in Orange at Le Petit Patio, and an afternoon tasting guided by the passionate winemaker Stanislas Wallut of his family’s Châteauneuf du Pape domaine. We’ll finish our adventure with an unforgettable farewell dinner, prepared just for us by a private chef and paired with a selection of very special bottles.
