March 22 Vinesée Dinner

You’ve likely heard of La Paulée, the iconic post-harvest feast in Meursault that has its American incarnation each year in New York and San Francisco. On March 22, 2025, we’re launching our own version, “The Vinesée,” in New York City, celebrating the world’s finest wines — not just Burgundy. We’d love for you to join us!

We’re inviting you to an exclusive tasting of some of the true greats of the world, accompanied by a 5-course dinner, in the private dining room at the legendary Gramercy Tavern.

It’s the perfect occasion to bring out, drink, and share some of those epic bottles we’ve all been saving. Each guest is kindly asked to bring a wine from the list below or a comparable selection:

  • Dauvissat Chablis

  • Ramonet Chablis

  • DRC- Romanée-Conti or La Tâche

  • Coche-Dury Meursault-Perrières 1er Cru

Cost: $1500 per person and each person will bring at least one epic bottle of wine

In addition to the main event, we will have a casual and fun BYO dinner at Wu’s Wonton King on Friday evening, March 21.
