Daily Itinerary

Day 1 | Arrivals in Taormina. Learn all there is to know about Sicilian wine at our orientation tasting, then enjoy a delicious dinner at the hotel’s Michelin-starred restaurant. 

Day 2 | Embark upon your journey through this magical island, first stopping for a private tour and tasting at one of the many small family-owned wineries, and then for lunch at a local insider’s favorite spot. More wine tasting with some of the island’s greats will be followed by dinner, joined by a winemaker, at a traditional trattoria in town.

Day 3 | Blending session at a potential partner’s winery, then lunch at a nearby osteria. Option to hike/ride in a 4x4 on Mt. Etna or be guided on a walking tour of Taormina’s historical wine bars. Dinner at locals’ favorite Casa Niclodi.

Day 4 | Departures
